- Crush chips finely and add about half to the meat mixture. Continue mixing and slowly add more until the mixture starts to get firm..
- Split mixture into 2 loaf pans. My pans are about 4x8in or so. (I use the "perfect meatloaf" pans. They are awesome!).
- Bake at 375°F for 1 hour..
- Remove from oven. Use remaining picante sauce and baste tops of each loaf with basting brush..
- Return to oven for 10 minutes..
