Mahamri recipe step by step
- Mix all the dry Ingredients together until Sand-like.
- Add milk/water in portions and starting kneading.
- Knead until the dough is firm then leave it to rest for not less than 30 minutes.
- After resting time cut into balls(size depends on your taste).
- Start rolling them in round shape(smaller than that of chapati)then cut in 4 pieces....
- Deep them in hot oil and start cooking..Repeat that until all are cooked.
- Wait for them to cool down and enjoy with a cup of milk/coffee/tea or mbaazi.
