  1. Mix all the dry Ingredients together until Sand-like.
  2. Add milk/water in portions and starting kneading.
  3. Knead until the dough is firm then leave it to rest for not less than 30 minutes.
  4. After resting time cut into balls(size depends on your taste).
  5. Start rolling them in round shape(smaller than that of chapati)then cut in 4 pieces....
  6. Deep them in hot oil and start cooking..Repeat that until all are cooked.
  7. Wait for them to cool down and enjoy with a cup of milk/coffee/tea or mbaazi.
