- Prepare 2 of garlic cloves.
- You need 1 of red pepper.
- Prepare 1 handful of button mushrooms.

- It's 2 tbsp of creme fraiche.
- It's 1 tbsp of cornstarch.
- Prepare of Worcester sauce.

- Cut all vegetables and chicken in pieces. Heat up some oil and fry the vegetables over a medium heat for 5 min. Season the chicken and add to the vegetables. Fry over a high heat for 1-2 min..
- Add the dried herbs and mix well. Then pour in the broth and add creme fraiche, simmer covered for 20min. Season with Worcester sauce and seasonings. If you would like the sauce a bit thicker mix 1 heaped tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water. Mix well and add to the sauce while its boiling. Don’t used everything at once.
