Taste and add more ingredients if you are not ok with the taste of the stock water,also add your onga,paprika,sweet pepper,hot pepper etc then cover and cook for 5mins...then add your fried fish (I usually add my meat and fry before adding my meat stock) and cook for additional 3mins and your sweet,thick,red,tomatoes stew is ready 🤗😋😋.
