  2. You need 1 package of Polska kielbasa.
  3. You need of Extra sharp cheddar cheese.
  4. It's of Sour cream.

I used classic cheddar for this recipe, but it would work with just about all of them. Then you brown your favorite smoked sausage with some onions and onions. When the water boils, add the pierogies. They will float to the top when ready.
