  1. It's 1 lb of cooked ground Turkey with 1/2 onion chopped.
  2. You need 1 bag of frozen broccoli (microwaved 3 minutes).
  3. Prepare 2 cups of cooked rice (I used white jasmine microwaved in bag).
  4. You need 1 can of cream of chicken.
  5. You need 1 can of cream of broccoli.
  6. You need 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  7. It's 1 box of stove top.

Preheat large Dutch oven or pot on medium heat and swirl oil to coat.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix turkey, rice, brocolli, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and cheese in 9 x 9 baking dish..
  3. Place dish in oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare stove top per box instructions.
  5. Remove dish and add stove top to top of dish. Bake and additional 5-7 minutes..
  6. Remove and let cool slightly and serve..

In large bowl, mix broccoli and onion, turkey, cheese, mayonnaise, soup, rice and water chestnuts until blended. This southwestern turkey rice casserole is a fantastic mix of spices, vegetables and lean protein. Brown ground turkey with chopped onion in a large skillet,stirring to separate. When turkey is browned, add all other ingredients except rice and cheese. Mix well and bring to a boil, then add rice.
