- Now raw mango jam is ready, let it cool completely and pour in a glass jar and keep in refrigerator for long use.
- Use only clean and dry glass jar to keep it for long time, relish the taste of this simple yet delicious jam when cold.
- Note..... Raw mango should not be too tangy, take totapalai raw mango for better result.
- U can keep it without preservative for a month when stored in refrigerator in a glass jar.
- You can adjust sugar according to the tanginess of raw mango or to your taste, do not add water in any step.
