  1. First peel karailay n put some salt rub them n leave for two hours.
  2. In half cup oil saute onions.
  3. Blend onions n tomatoes and yogurt well.
  4. Put them back on pan n bhonify.
  5. Mix all dry spices except dry methi.
  6. When oil comes out tuen off the flame.
  7. Wash salted karelas n let them dry.
