- It's of Kiwi 3no.
- It's 4 tbsp of Basumati rice.
- You need 1/2 litre of Milk.
- Prepare of Sugar 1/2cup or more according to taste.
- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 3 tbsp of Pistachio crushed.
- You need 1 tbsp of Milk powder.
- It's 4 tbsp of Paneer grated.
- You need of (you can add khoya instead of paneer n milk powder or skip both).
Kiwi phirni step by step
- Soak rice in water for 15mins..
- Remove the skin of the kiwi and chop roughly..
- Put in a blender and make puree..
- Heat a nonstick pan and pour the kiwi puree..
- Add sugar and cook till it thickens. Switch off..
- Take out the kiwi mixture and keep in the refrigerator till needed..
- Boil milk in a kadhai /pan..
- Strain the soaked rice and grind coarsely with little milk..
- Add this mixture to milk..
- Cook till rice cooked well. Stir in between..
- When the mixture becomes thickens add grated paneer and milk powder..
- (if you are using khoya add in this step) Switch off the flame..
- Add cardamom powder and pistachio. Mix..
- Let the phirni come to room temperature. Stir in between..
- Now add the chilled kiwi mixture and mix well..
- Kiwi phirni is ready. Chill for 1-2hours before serving..
