- It's 1 cup of Moong daal (Soaked overnight or sprouts).
- Prepare 2 of Lemon Juice.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 Pinch of Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Chaat Masala.
- You need 1 of Chopped Onions.
- Prepare 1 of Chopped Tomatoes.

- Take moong daal...wash it properly and Soak it for 2 days or Overnight..
- Now, take a bowl, Add soaked Moong daal (Sprouted)..
- Add onions and tomatoes and mix it well.
- Now add salt, Red chilli powder and Chat masala and Give it a nice mix.
- In last, Squeeze lemon juice over sprouts/ Chaat.
