- For Rasam: Take a kadhai add Tomatoes,Jaggery, Tamarind Pulp, Curry leaves, Turmeric Powder, Salt and cover the lid and cook for 15 min.after fifteen min add boiled Toor Dal cook for 10 min after that make tadka for Rasam add oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves,Red Dry Chilli, Black Gram fry these ingredients and mix well.after 5 min of Cooking Rasam add Green fresh Coriander and Serve it hot with Rice or Idli or Vada..
