Ingredients of Rava(suji) Ladoos
- Prepare of For 15-16 ladoos.
- You need 1 cup of suji(i use katori).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of grated coconut.
- It's 3/4 cup of sugar powder.
- It's 1 pinch of haldi powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 15-16 of cashew(you can also add badam and raisins if u want).
- Prepare 3 tsp of desi ghee.
Rava(suji) Ladoos step by step
- Firstly take a pan and add 1 tsp ghee and add cashews and roast it on low flame and put it aside.
- Now take another pan add milk and haldi and wait for 1 boil on low flame and put it aside.
- Take pan add 2 tsp ghee and 1 cup suji and roast it until its colour become golden brown on low flame.
- Add roasted cashews,grated coconut,sugar powder and turn off the flame and mix it gently.
- Now add haldi milk....and mix it and make ladoo shape and fix cashew on it if u want.......helathy,tasty and yummy sweets in just 15 minutes.
