  2. You need 100 gm of cabbage.
  3. It's 1/2 of carrot, grated.

  7. You need 1 tsp of Soy Sauce.

Veg Momos instructions

  1. Mix maida and salt. Add few drops of oil and combine well..
  2. Add water little at a time and start kneading the dough..
  3. Make a smooth dough, cover and rest for 15 minutes..
  4. Heat oil in a pan..
  5. Add garlic cloves and green chili to the pan. Saute for couple of minutes..
  6. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes..
  7. Add carrot and cabbage. Mix properly and fry for another minute..
  8. Add spring onion, fry for 2 seconds and turn off the gas..
  9. Let the mixture cool..
  10. Once it is cool, add soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well..
  11. Transfer the mixture to the bowl..
  12. Stuffing is ready..
  13. Take out the dough. Knead it again and make small balls out of it..
  14. Take one ball and roll it like a puri..
  15. Put 2 tsp the stuffing at the center..
