Veg Momos instructions
- Mix maida and salt. Add few drops of oil and combine well..
- Add water little at a time and start kneading the dough..
- Make a smooth dough, cover and rest for 15 minutes..
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Add garlic cloves and green chili to the pan. Saute for couple of minutes..
- Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes..
- Add carrot and cabbage. Mix properly and fry for another minute..
- Add spring onion, fry for 2 seconds and turn off the gas..
- Let the mixture cool..
- Once it is cool, add soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well..
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl..
- Stuffing is ready..
- Take out the dough. Knead it again and make small balls out of it..
- Take one ball and roll it like a puri..
- Put 2 tsp the stuffing at the center..
- Apply water at the edges and fold it like a Modak..
