- Boil milk.
- Add sugar, keep stirring & reduce 25% of milk...
- Change vessel & keep in fridge when it comes to room temperature.
- Peel & cut mangoes into thin small cubes.
- When the milk is cooled, churn with a blender.
- Gradually add the cut mangoes with the juice, if any, to the milk.
