- It's 2 tbsp of condensed milk (optional you can use honey).
- It's 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
- You need 1 of bottle of smalta.
- You need 3 cup of nestle vanilla flavour supligen.
- You need 2 cup of gatorade(any flavour).
- It's 2 tbsp of flax seed.
- It's 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice.
- You need 6 of half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos ).
