Something important to note about this Flourless Chocolate. Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat; stirring frequently until smooth. - Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius..
- Beat the eggs on high for 10 minutes while gradually adding the sugar..
- Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, add the butter and milk and mix well..
- Add the dark chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat for 5 minutes..
- Add the vanilla essence and salt and beat over low speed for 3 minutes..
- Transfer the mixture to a well greased pan and bake for 15 minutes..
- Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool completely..
- Delicious and fudgy chocolate cake is now ready to be served..
