Ingredients of Chinese soup
- Prepare 1 pack of corn soup / 2 tbsp corn starch.
- You need 2 pcs of eggs.
- You need 1 pinch of Salt and pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 block of chicken stock.
- It's of Chicken meat a little.
- It's 2-2 1/2 cup of water.
Chinese soup instructions
- Boil chicken stock, and chicken until boiling.
- Mix corn starch and 2 spoons water. I use corn soup because i haven't corn starch :( but it make taste good.
- Mix egg and a pinch salt and pepper.
- When boiling, pour corn strach mix, stir then egg and stir. Check taste~~ voila done!!!!.
- Nb : when pouring please use net tools to make it fluffy. Like this pict.
