- Add the cottage cheese,sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Melt the ghee in a wok.
- Add the mixture to a wok or non stick pan.
- Keep mixing on low heat, till the mix dries up(first the mixture will become liquidy as the sugar melts,then will dry up).
- Then add the condensed milk and mix well by stirring constantly.
- As the mixture thickens, add it to a greased plate or baking dish.
- Spread well by layering the mixture in the dish and garnish with dry fruits on top.
- Let the mixture set for 30min-1 hour.
- Post the resting time,cut into small pieces.
- Store refrigerated.
